Solidarity in design.
Solidarity in
production.
Solidarity in
the message.

Telling the untold stories through tee-shirts.

Solidaritees Studio was established in 2006 by two Edmonton artists who want to expand the imposing and reductive vision of today's mainstream culture by engaging people through alternative clothing and print media.

Solidaritees aims to highlight connections between what we live today and what has been forgotten by telling the stories that have been ignored. These stories are told respectfully through visual representations that honour the messages and memory of fallen leaders, poets, folksingers and activists from around the world.

Solidaritees are screened on non-sweatshop garments in a local unionized environment.

About solidaritees

We come from different backgrounds and we do different things and its all happening in Edmonton, Alberta!

Vlad and Joe are two friends from Edmonton who love art and culture. Joe is a talented multi-level designer who enjoys the finer organic meats and cheeses in life. Joe only needs a napkin to bring your ideas to life. Vlad is into art and activism and is also a spoken word poet and hip-hop MC with Edmonton's people's poets.
This is not our fulltime gig but a labour of love. We came together to design slick tees with a message to inspire and provoke!

Solidaritees are screened on non-sweatshop garments in a local unionized environment.
